**The Role**:
In a hybrid role (working from home the majority of the time), your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, updating records on our People & Culture systems, overseeing People processes and being the first point of contact for queries.

**About You***:
To join us as a People Administrator in our People & Culture OD team, you will need:

- To be **proficient in the use of Microsoft** Outlook and Word and be familiar with database management systems
- Previous experience in an **Admin support** role
- Previous experience in providing quality **customer service**:

- Excellent **communication** skills, both written and verbal
- Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
- Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support

***The Team**:
This role is hybrid, with the majority of work being done remotely from your home. We have office space in London Bridge available for your use if you wish. You will be required to attend this office on a semi-regular basis for team and organisational meetings. You may also be required to travel to our services across England and Scotland occasionally.

Our **OD team is well established**, with many promotions and over 20 years of experience at Phoenix combined. The organisation’s 2023-26 strategy includes **Workforce Development as a key priority** and so we are at an exciting time where the People & Culture team are launching a range of exciting initiatives.
