Tide Recruitment are excited to be working with a renowned Charity in their search for a HR Systems Administrator to join the Human Resources department. This is an incredible opportunity for a people professional, with strong knowledge of HR systems, to join and support a caring and passionate Charity.

As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be dealing with Human Resources Information System (HRIS), analysing and reporting people data and providing administrative support, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.

**Job responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Updating the HRIS system inputting and updating information relating to employee data
- Compiling, entering and updating payroll data and preparing for submission, whilst ensuring any discrepancies are addressed and resolved
- Provide training on new functionalities and key features to users
- Provide support to the wider HR team in the investigation of payroll issues and the resolution of those issues according to priority
- Liaising with the support desk to troubleshoot and report technical problems
- Assisting with analysis of people data through generating workforce data reports when required
- Managing the retention of all HR data, updating and cleansing on the HRIS and effectively explaining data variances between departments at individual department levels across timescales, complying with GDPR
- Providing administrative support on Recruitment and Onboarding

The company currently operate on a Hybrid model working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

**Job Criteria**
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent (or willing to study towards this)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, meeting tight deadlines
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Pragmatic, flexible team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues
- Effectively handle challenging situations and people
- Ability to work autonomously, using initiative
- To work confidentiality and with complete discretion

**Desirable Job Criteria**
- Previous experience working within a similar HR Position.
