We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join a dynamic HR team at a leading financial services firm based in London. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in delivering a range of HR services toour employees.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and preparing reports
- Supporting HR initiatives, such as employee engagement and development programs
- Providing first line support to employees on HR-related queries
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participating in HR projects as required

**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A genuine interest in HR and a desire to develop a career in this field
