The Beal Group of companies is a family run business, focused on supplying commercial têxtiles into the agriculture, modular building, transport, logistic and oil & gas sectors as well as several other sectors including construction, air-motive, automotive, graphic advertising, defence, and leisure. We are a long-established family run business based in Westfield, Cumbernauld, just outside of Glasgow.
**The role**
Due to business growth and the acquisition of a well-known tent manufacturing business we are looking to recruit a team member to be the Customer and Production liaison.
The main purpose of your role is to provide a support service to your colleagues working out on the field, as well as being a point of contact for business to business and cash customers, ensuring the customer journey goes as smoothly as possible.
The right person will be motivated and able to multi task.
A background awareness of commercial vehicles maybe advantageous but not essential.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Customer Service Advisor
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Solid administration skills, ideally with experience of a CRM system and/or Sage
- Resilient, positive and detail oriented
- Organised, able to multi-task and prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Office 365 experience

**Salary**: Competitive - dependant on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
