Information Provision Provide workforce information across a range of functions which includes, but is not limited to Employee Relations, Recruitment, Benefits, Terms and Conditions, Attendance Management. To administer and collate information from surveys, exit interviews, inputting data into local databases and producing reports for the HR/People team. Prepare relevant statistical information for team meetings as required. Database Systems Use in-house and external systems to deliver resourcing service in relation to recruitment, temporary employees, or benefits processing.

Provide administrative support to workforce teams using databases and systems. Provide routine correspondence and information as requested from employees, managers and statutory bodies. General Administration Undertake general administration duties including all first line queries, dealing with requests from managers and employees, filing, photocopying etc. To respect the confidentiality of the service and ensure that it is maintained at all times.

Participate in appropriate projects relating to the continuous improvement of the service as directed by the HR Team. Work in partnership with the HR team to deliver a comprehensive service. Follows LSCICB policies and make suggestions on potential improvements to the service. Liaise with the management team, employees and external organisations with regard to diary management and organising meetings.
