A Private Healthcare organisation based in North Bristol are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to manage the private enquiries and referrals process as a Customer Support Advisor.
- This a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch per day

**The Customer Support Advisor role**:
You will be responsible for ensuring clear visibility of all private enquiries and referrals, and driving continuous improvement in referral management, customer service and reporting of performance against agreed service standards.
**General responsibilities include**:

- As a stand-alone role, you will be the figure head of the private enquiries team, ensuring an efficient journey for the client.
- Deliver first class customer service to all internal and external clients
- Log, update and track all enquiries through Salesforce in line with agreed processes and SLA's
- Be proactive to client requests and liaise with other stakeholders across other departments as necessary
- Maintain close and constructive working relationships with the local site teams as an integrated member of the local team, including day to day close working with the Hospital Senior Management Team.
- Champion the Private Enquiry Management Process at site and drive process improvements.

**The Customer Support Advisor Applicant**:

- Experience in a customer service environment, with first class customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- You must be an organised individual with a proactive, driven approach.
- Experience or a desire to work in the Healthcare sector with vulnerable people would be desirable.

Interviews will be taking place week commencing the 6th March.
