**Job Purpose**:
Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manor.

Assist & support the Senior Management Team.

Supporting the accounts team with queries.

Ensure effective order processing is implemented and continuously being monitored for improvement.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Making sure excellent customer service is provided to all customers, at all times.

Organise, process & despatch replacement medical equipment.

Organise, file and maintain all admin paperwork, both physical and digital

Support the sales & logistics order coordinator in processing all orders.

Deal with any delivery queries with both the customer and the courier.

Handle customer queries, returns & complaints and working where appropriate with the Regulatory Department.

Placing orders for office and warehouse consumables.

Supporting with routine SAP adjustments, order processing, and other adhoc work.

Administration and audit support for the Finance & Operations teams.

Booking meetings / diary management.

Ensure routine office functions are undertaken in an effective and timely manner.

Update accounting system and prepare invoices and associated correspondence.

Organise the annual events and any other ad-hoc events that may be planned for the

Company.

Sales team support.

**Education**:
3 passes at A Level or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
