This role will be based at our UK Headquarters in Moorgate, London with the opportunity of hybrid home working available.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

With the evolving healthcare industry and employment trends shifting, Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) has transformed our service offering to our clients. GTA is a value add HR function / Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (COE) that not only delivers hires, but also consults the business to offer talent / competitor business intelligence, map the market for business critical talent, develop a strong employer branding strategy (with a focus on employee advocacy) and a university relations strategy (to attract our future talent). Significant recent investment in resources has enabled us to better serve our company for the workforce of the future. With this investment, we are looking for a team member to join us focused on Early Talent, University Relations and Diversity & Inclusion. Ultimately this will help us become the leading healthcare company in the world.

Our TAAs partner with the business to understand priority needs and support the hiring of niche business roles. The Early Talent TAA will implement talent acquisition solutions focused on university relations, early career and diversity needs in line with business requirements. The opportunity to create innovative attraction strategies are endless - and we need someone who will think differently, try new approaches and learn.

And it doesn’t stop there - not only will you be driving the attraction strategies, you will also be partnering with the business and HR Business Partners to design the Apprentice, Student and Graduate programs, plan rotations and ensure that our Early Talent has access to the best development opportunities during their time with us.

Reporting to the UK Talent Acquisition Lead, the role will be co-located on site with our UK GTA team who together deliver end to end recruitment solutions for the business. Partnering with our Global GTA teams, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, communication teams and current Graduate/Placement Student/Apprentice cohorts will be critical to success in this role.

There will also be opportunities working as part of the UK GTA team to work on projects and responsibilities outside of Early Talent, and also to work with Regional & Global colleagues to drive collaboration and share best practice.

**THE CANDIDATE**

Experience working in a large matrixed environment is essential.

Experience of different sourcing methodologies, end to end recruitment process knowledge and competency based interviewing skills and assessment tools would be advantageous.

Innovative and consultative, the TAA will foster strong relationship with our clients, HR and external stakeholders. TAA will have an appetite for new technology and be willing to experiment with digital and social solutions that will appeal to this talent segment. With a thorough understanding of systems and data bases the TAA will be able to produce analytics to support robust business proposals. The TAA will also possess excellent communication skills and will be fluent in English.
