Your opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR Team and support our Talent Acquisition efforts.

You will:

- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
- Work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Some experience in recruiting or a HR-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team player who is flexible and enjoys collaborating
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about recruiting top talent
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have skills
- Experience using SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking system
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of asset management or financial services industry beneficial
