Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
**Job Description Summary**

As an integral part of the Executive Talent Acquisition team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for leading and implementing a set of strategic executive talent initiatives with the EMEA region that will enable Cushman and Wakefield to grow successfully. This role is critical in building, promoting, and aligning Cushman and Wakefield’s values and culture with our Executive Talent Acquisition strategy, programs, and partnerships.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Partner with internal stakeholders to establish appropriate human capital requirements and drive the executive talent acquisition process
- To be the TA executive advisor across the region. Understanding the external talent pool, identifying potential future talent and partnering with the senior leaders and talent management to provide robust and effective succession plans
- Partner with internal executive leaders to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
- Set and execute a search strategy for critical senior leadership positions.
- Design and implement ongoing diversity sourcing and selection strategy for Cushman and Wakefield executing the commitment to diversity and inclusion.in line with the global agenda
- Negotiate complex Executive compensation packages
- Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches.
- Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.
- Develop robust Executive talent pipeline that allows business and project needs to be met with high quality
- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive leadership in matters related to top talent.
- Proactively test the market and source “best athletes” to deliver opportunistic hires
- Participation in People Partner and Talent Management programs and projects
- Collaborate and manage vendor partners to maximize relationship with search firms.
- Write compelling Job Descriptions when needed

**Experience**
- 10+ years of demonstrated progressive talent acquisition experience required, with at least 5 years focused on executive talent acquisition experience with both search firm and corporate environments
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry highly preferred
- Developing and implementing broad strategic executive talent acquisition programs required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required

**Other**
- Strategic thinker, ability to develop, evaluate and articulate HR strategies that address business and operational goals
- Fluent English speaker: strong ability to speak several languages
- Very strong communication skills with strong executive presence
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with senior leadership and associates at all levels in the company
- Adept problem solver with superior conflict resolutions skills
- Process oriented leader with solid quantitative and analytic skills
- Hands on driver; comfortable moving from design through implementation on own
- Able to meet aggressive deadlines
