We're looking for a** Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our global talent team This role will focus on recruitment for the Media arm of dunnhumby, so it's essential you have exposure to recruiting in the media industry. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for hiring top class talent within Digital Media and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

**What you'll be working on**
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners within the Media division to develop and implement resourcing plans for roles at all levels.
- Work with senior leadership to devise short, medium and long-term recruitment strategies for your business area.
- Support the team by supporting on roles across different functions and regions when needed.

**What we expect from you**
- Proven experience in a similar role within the digital media industry, whether that's in-house, RPO or agency
- High level of organisation skills and attention to detail
- Proactive recruiting experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
- Experience managing senior level stakeholders
