Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our executive search process from initial briefing to successful placement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing senior-level talent with new and current clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build deep relationships with clients to understand their culture, strategic objectives, and hiring needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Assessment: Design creative strategies to capture top talent, conduct comprehensive interviews, and deliver meticulously crafted shortlists.
  • Market Research & Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, leverage your network, and provide clients with actionable advice on talent acquisition and market conditions.
  • Project & Process Management: Lead the entire executive search lifecycle, coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops, and maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout every search.
