Job Role: Finance Administrator
Location: New Milton
Job Sector: Finance
Hours: 35 hours per week
As the Finance Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favourite property manager by:
- Onboarding and integrating new properties into our Property Management system ensuring all financial information is complete and accurate
This role reports to the Finance Integration Team Leader
Main Responsibilities
- New development and fund set up
- Validation and loading of initial property budgets
- Set-up and uploading of tenant matrices
- Processing first completion funds and information
- Ensuring that all new customers receive a Welcome Letter
- Ensuring financial handover is complete and accurate
- Ongoing review of processes and procedures
- Set an example for others by championing the Company FIRST values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct
Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Estates Finance function
Skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an accounting or property management based environment would be an advantage
- Computer literacy (particularly Excel) is essential
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Numerate
- Use of initiative in problem solving
