**Temporary HR Administrator Job in New Milton - 4-month contract (Full time or part time)**
Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a professional but friendly company in the New Milton area who are looking for an Administrator to provide support to the HR Manager during a period of maternity leave cover. This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience within a HR and finance setting.
As the HR Administrator, you will be taking ownership of areas of learning and development and assisting with all administration relating to the full employment life cycle. In addition, the Administrator will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Director including management reporting and general office duties.
**Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Administrator**:
- Assist the HR Manager with management reporting
- Maintain holiday requests, absence forms, return to work forms, and fit notes while updating relevant internal systems
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process to ensure fair and equitable outcomes in all areas.
- Coordinate training and update schedules
- Ensure employment records are up to date and comply with GDPR
- Assist the Finance Director with management reporting
- Inputting invoices, printing statements, and issuing statements for confirmation and payment approval
**Knowledge & Experience**:
- A strong administration background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly numerate
- Great communication skills
**Salary & Benefits**:
- £23,000 pro rata
- Working hours - 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
