Job Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Finance System Administrator to join our Finance Systems team for 12 months. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day administration and monitoring across the portfolio of finance systems for ICAEW, its subsidiaries, and associates. You will also develop and maintain system guides and checklists, document and maintain system customisations and workflows, and act as the primary contact for financial matters related to products and pricing. Your experience with finance-related software, particularly NAV/Business Central and D365 CRM, will be invaluable in supporting the Finance Systems Manager with projects and change requests. Our estimated salary for this role is circa £39,000 per annum depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day administration and monitoring across the portfolio of finance systems for ICAEW, its subsidiaries, and associates
• Develop and maintain system guides and checklists
• Document and maintain system customisations and workflows
• Act as the primary contact for financial matters related to products and pricing
• Support the Finance Systems Manager with projects and change requests
