About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee expenses, vendor reconciliation, bank transactions, customer account setup, and accounts support. You will also ensure that all financial processes are compliant with SOX regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience with some knowledge of a shared environment">
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously">
  • Experience with financial systems and tools, ideally including Smartsheets, Sidetrade, and scanning tools">
  • Knowledge of compliance and financial regulations, particularly SOX and group policies">
  • A passion for delivering accurate and timely financial processing">
