Depot Support Administrator

The main function of this role is to support the Belle Eau Park Depot Operations team and provide a central point of contact for its Suppliers and Providers. This role will predominantly be office based, but there will be times when investigational work will need to take place and the person will need to navigate the site, which includes Ambient and Cold Store. This role should also ensure all other key roles within operations are supported from an administrative basis and be the custodian of central data sets for the depot.
**Shift Pattern**
- Monday - Friday 10:00-14:00
**Accountabilities**
- To understand the mechanics end to end of the Belle Eau Park operations, its processes, and internal key stakeholders.
- Ensure all queries are consistently handled and managed for site.
- Custodian for centralised data sets for the Belle Eau Park creating information, summaries and updates that are meaningful and add value.
- Record statistics daily, weekly, monthly and per annum.
- Ensure all administration duties listed in common responsibilities section.
**Common **Responsibilities**
- KPIs managed and maintained for the depot.
- Production of strong and professional reports for Management - must be proficient with Excel and Office based systems.
- Efficient execution of all tasks assigned.
- Maintain well-organised filing and archiving systems.
- Prepare and plan to achieve daily/weekly tasks quickly and efficiently
- Time keeping and attendance of all staff and proactive responses to consistent offenders
- Minute taker for operational meetings ad hoc.
- System-based compliance.
- Processing of NFPO's, PI's, PPE requests, internal notices, and flat file data.
- Custodian of main depot Issues Log.
- Other ad hoc admin based requirements issued by Management.
**Health and Safety**
