**HR Coordinator**
**Working Pattern: 37 hrs per week - Monday to Friday**
**Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire with one day a week at our Nottingham Office**
Via is currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join our HR Team based at our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. You will be required to attend our Trent Bridge House Office once a week.
You will coordinate and manage all HR administrative related tasks, whilst providing an excellent standard of customer service to stakeholders within the business.
**The Job**
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- To be responsible for maintaining integrity of employee data in a timely manner across all HR systems.
- Coordinating the administration of payroll and pension enquiries, escalating to HR Advisors where necessary.
- Support the HR Team in the development and delivery of the HR service, including the administrative support of HR related projects.
- Support the HR Team with the coordination of employee benefits and schemes across the business.
**The Person**
Mainly you will be excited to be a vital part of our HR Team but there are just a few other things we’d like from you:
- Experience of working in a generalist HR environment.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and have a strong attention to detail.
- Strong I.T skills and experience of using Microsoft Office, including word, PowerPoint, excel and outlook.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Being able to manage queries through all methods of communication.
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
