**Description**

As a Contact Centre Team Leader, Duties will include, however, not be limited to;
- Leading a team of around 12-16FTE
- Providing excellent customer service to customers
- Handling escalations from customer advisors
- Manage training and development of new employees.

**Profile**

As the ideal Contact Centre Team Leader, you will have:

- Experience working at a Team Leader/Manager Level
- Familiarity with leading a large team
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Ability to hit the ground running

**Job Offer**

As a Contact Centre Team Leader you will receive:
