**Duties**:

- Manage inbound and outbound communications from and to customers
- Process policy validation and fraud prevention checks
- Build and nurture sales pipeline of prospective and existing clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team growth
- Act as the first port of call for customer complaints to make sure that they're treated fairly
- Act as the first point of contact to triage technical issues raised by customers including the identification, troubleshooting and escalation of issues
- Help identify customers who are in vulnerable situations who may requires additional support
- Work closely with Customer Service team as the first line of defence to help spot and investigate fraudulent behaviour

**Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an insurance environment.
- Passionate about creating value for customers and delight in investigating problems and queries.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team.
- Strong organisational and presentation skills.
- Able to perform under pressure and provide a quick and effective response.
- Keen to learn and develop your own skills.
- Understand how to work in highly regulated environments but are still comfortable challenging boundaries and driving innovation.
- Experience building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
