**What you'll be responsible for**
- We are looking to recruit an experienced Speciality Coordinator to support the Admin Team at Sobell House. You will need to be able to demonstrate in a professional and sensitive manner and have a proven ability to work to a high degree of precision.
- Inputting patient activity, reconciliation of patient data, running reports
- Covering the PA responsibilities
- Handling telephone calls, meeting and greeting out-patients on reception.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
**You'll learn the following whilst working at the Trust**
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You'll have the following qualification/experience**:
- Previous experience of EPR is essential.
- The ability to work as a team member is crucial, and you will be expected to take part in providing cover for other team members during periods of leave.
- You will need to be flexible in your approach and be able to prioritise different tasks in a calm and organised way. Good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner are essential.
- Computer literate being fully conversant in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word)
