Employment and Payroll Experts Enable Ltd. has a fantastic opportunity to join their Nannytax and Stafftax customer support team.

This role is a permanent, full time position with flexibility for remote working available. 20 hours per week (Monday 1200 - 1930, Tuesday 1200 - 1930 & Friday 0900 - 1500)

**Role Purpose**
Responsible for being the first point of contact for customer enquiries across the Nannytax and Stafftax brand, which includes the setup of PAYE Schemes and administrations duties. Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with agreed timescales and following best practice whilst ensuring outstanding customer experience is delivered.

Support the Payroll Team to ensure all departmental KPI’s are achieved and exceeded daily in line with departmental and company objectives.

- Experience of working in a customer focussed role.
- Can demonstrate previous administration experience.
- Confident when dealing with all types of customer communications.
- Skilled in objection handling.
- Able to demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Customer: _
- Champion the customer at all times - identify, address and or/ escalate repeat customer issues to ensure action can be taken to mitigate risk or exposure on the customer experience.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries, becoming the customers point of contact until their query is fully resolved in a timely manner.
- Take ownership and accountability for any customer dissatisfaction, escalating customer issues to the Customer Support Team Manager to ensure route cause is analysed and addressed, preventing recurrence, and ensuring customer resolution.
- Support the payroll team with basic salary and holiday calculation on customer’s request.
- **Administration**:_
- Timely processing of all inbound / outbound post, in line with agreed procedures.
- Timely distribution of all post to relevant departments.
- Process customers through on boarding and activation module (as well as being the point of contact for initial customer queries relating to these activities).
- Responsible for downloading changes of tax codes and student loan notices from HMRC systems.
- Support payrun activities by releasing weekly and monthly payslips.
- Responsible for the processing of customer contact detail changes.
- Completion of and additional administration tasks delegated by Team Managers.
- Support Sales & Subscriptions team when required.

- Ensure that any concerns are raised with line manager to be resolved.
- Highlight opportunities to enhance the customer experience, utilising existing technologies and by suggesting smarter ways of working.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
