We are expanding our small Customer Experience team and are looking for someone to work two days a week, alongside the rest of the team, in our central Brighton office. You will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, be empathetic and organised with the ability to use your initiative. The role involves:

- Updating and liaising with the team through Outlook, telephone, and Slack.
- Working closely with our jewellery workshop and production to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
- Process refunds and manage returns post.
- Order processing across a range of E-commerce platforms.

**Desired experience**:
If you have previous experience with online seller platforms this is particularly advantageous, but not essential.

We would like someone to be in post by 6 March at the latest. The work pattern will be for two whole days a week (9 to 5), ideally on a Monday and either Tuesday or Wednesday.

There maybe the possibility of additional hours at peak times (Christmas, around Mother's day and staff holidays).
