**The Opportunity**
Are you a creative problem solver?
MPB is the leading platform for buying and selling used photography and videography equipment around the world.
This is a fully remote position but you will be required to attend the Brighton office once every 8/9 weeks for team days.

**Skills you’ll need**
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
- Some previous experience in a customer support/service/experience role
- Fluent English skills - verbal and written
- Problem solving abilities
- Customer first mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop
**Even better if you**
- Have an interest in photography or videography (is highly beneficial).
- Have any other language skills - verbal and written
