Reed Brighton are workingwith a global brand and an industry leader within HVAC manufacturing on a **Planned Maintenance Coordinator** role.

The Purpose of the Role is to coordinate with customers and engineers to organise labour resource and parts for planned maintenance visits. To work closely with the Service Team to ensure visits run smoothly and efficiently and customers are supplied witha professional service.

This is a permanent, full time office based role in West Sussex.

Person Specification:
Strong communication skills - both verbally (on the phone & face to face) and written.

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external contacts - professionalism, understanding and awareness of others’ needs. A positive and helpful attitude.

Excellent organisation and time management skills - diary management, planning and prioritisation.

Ability to work well under pressure. To be flexible, resilient, reactive and adaptable to changing circumstances.

Able to work quickly, methodically & accurately with attention to detail.

Ability to deal with complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.

Service Orientated: Places the need of the customer (including the internal customer) at the centre of activity and has the appropriate expertise to manage customer relationships.

Good computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook Microsoft Office.
