We are currently seeking a self-motivated and skilled Administration Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team and management.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation. (Must have Google docs and sheets experience)
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant, preferably in the trades industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, CRMS and other relevant software.
- Reliable internet connection, a laptop, and a phone.
- Flexibility to work from home (at managers discretion) and occasionally from our office bases in Brighton.
