Sales Negotiator

Our client an award winning, very well known and respected Estate Agent with offices across Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire are looking for a Sales Negotiator for their busy office in Chorley Wood.
The company pride themselves on offering excellent customer service to their clients, specialising in high end properties, dealing with Sales, Lettings, Property Management and New Homes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least 6 months+ experience as a Sales Negotiator wanting to join a more prestigious exciting company looking for the next step in their career. You ideally will have experience working in a fast paced environment dealing with the whole of the market. You must be very well spoken, presented and target driven as well being used to achieving KPI's.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
**Salary and benefits for the Sales Negotiator position include**:
- Basic £20,000
- OTE £35,000 to £45,000
- Great career progression

- Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm with every other Saturday
- Excellent working environment
- Parking locally to the office
**The skills needed for the role of Sales Negotiator will include**:
- Must have experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry
- Knowledge of the complete sales process
- High end property experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Well spoken and presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Be able to work well within a team
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
**The role of the Sales Negotiator will include**:
- Meeting with clients
- Assessing buyers and sellers particular needs
- Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
- Promoting properties via different mediums
- Over achieving targets
