  • Communicate with other team members and departments
  • Organize and file specific paperwork
  • Print and distribute internal communication and paperwork
  • Set up new clients within the company computer system
  • Log and manage conversations within the one diary system

**Requirements**

  • Be discreet and trustworthy (occasionally being party to confidential information)
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be organized with the ability to multitask
  • Be tactful and diplomatic
  • Work well under pressure
