**About The Role**:
Come and join our growing IT department. We are on the look out for an IT Service Desk Coordinator.

In this position you will be responsible for managing the needs of the IT Department and ensuring accurate data control, projects and contract proposals are logged accurately and providing support through to completion. You will ensure that all administration duties and the day-to-day office requirements are maintained and provide administrative support to the IT Department.

**Main duties include**:

- Focus on financial and data control, service provision, coordinating contracts and project administration.
- Work closely with IT stakeholders, to understand daily and project objectives, expected standards and milestones.
- Provide support in various administrative duties to progress project assignments through to completion including liaising with senior management, issuing documentation and hardware whilst capturing details and maintaining various spreadsheet, databases, and portals to report accordingly.
- Monitoring and evaluating the overall project whilst providing operational support such as liaising with senior management, stakeholders, and tracking timelines.
- Reporting on hardware and mobile usage pertaining to existing IT policies and managing group mobile contracts.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
- Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy and identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions
- Responsible for the asset management requirements within the department such as PC’s, Laptops, Mobiles, and other peripherals.

**IT Offices**
- General management of IT Office such as, ordering supplies for day-to-day office operation
- Providing support to all IT Teams where necessary to ensure efficient running of the department
- Monitor office expenditures, approving invoices and handle and assist with IT Contracts where needed.
- Establishing and enforcing IT office policies and maintaining a clean and organised office appearance.

**Working Hours**:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm

**About You**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Some experience within IT Support or Helpdesk capacity would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong communicator and customer service experience
- Experience working within an IT environment
- Good communicator comfortable in a client facing role
- Good written communication skills, able to maintain documentation relating to support activities
- Experience within IT Project initiation and management
