**Position Available: Legal Secretary/ Paralegal**
Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where client satisfaction is paramount? We are seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary/ Paralegal to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Work**: Serve as the welcoming face of the organisation, greeting clients and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth.**Document Drafting**: Keen attention to detail to draft standard documents accurately and efficiently.**Land Registration Support**: Assist in the preparation of land registration forms, staying up-to-date with regulations and requirements to facilitate seamless transactions.**LBTT Returns Preparation**: Ensure timely and accurate completion of LBTT returns, adhering to regulatory guidelines.**Report and Search Ordering**: Manage the process of ordering First Scottish Reports and searches, prioritising requests and meeting deadlines.**Fee Note Preparation**: Create clear and comprehensive fee notes, reflecting services rendered with accuracy.**Cash Statement Management**: Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions and prepare cash statements with precision.**General Administrative Duties**: Handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and organization, supporting the smooth functioning of our operations.**Collaboration and Reporting**: Communicate effectively with internal teams, including the cashroom, and external stakeholders such as solicitors, lenders, and estate agents. Provide timely reports and updates as required.**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Familiarity with legal and property industry terminology and processes is an advantage**Benefits**:
