Sweet Cures is a fast-growing Anglo-French nutraceutical company producing premium natural health supplements. It has over twenty years of experience supplying health food stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and direct customers.

**Salary starts from £26,000 to £28,000 per year, depending on work experience and qualifications.**

The applicant is required to have a nutritionist background. Sales or office role experience is preferable, and full training will be provided.

**Customer Support Responsibilities**:

- Support customers with product queries.
- Process card payments from domestic and business sales.
- Maintains support knowledge by researching health conditions and products sold.
- Prepares paperwork for shipments, such as customs notes, address labels, and understands the dispatch process.
- Flexibility and a willingness to support other departments where necessary, such as creating website/ social media content copy, researching new products, and liaising with customers.

**Work Hours & Benefits**:
The position is full-time, available Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A nutritionist background with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Desktop publishing tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiar with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok).
- Time-management skills.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Degree-level education is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in customer service/sales in health food stores or pharmacies is preferred.
- Additional language skills are preferred but not essential: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
