Position Overview

Hays Business Support is collaborating with a welcoming organization that is expanding its claims division. We are looking to fill several positions within this dynamic team, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to healthcare claims, payments, and various services.
  • Handling inbound calls and responding to emails and web chats to ensure a superior customer experience.
Training and Availability

All candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting six weeks. It is essential that you are available for this training period without any scheduled leave. Even for part-time roles, full-time availability is required during the training phase.
