About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Field Service Engineer to join our team at the Broderick Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of our vending machines across the North East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to machine failures in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Train staff on DIY sites on the operational features of our equipment and machines, ensuring they are competent to use and maintain them.
  • Communicate effectively with our Service Desk team to ensure the completion of calls and update our in-house system, working towards a first-time fault resolution.
  • Support with site surveys and machine installations as required, ensuring that our equipment is installed and functioning correctly.
