Technical Support Specialist: are you a confident communicator via the telephone or email. My client is interested in people enthusiastic and determined individuals who wish to start their Technical Career.
Technical Customer Support job description:
- Supporting clients and colleagues on the products they have sold/purchased.
- Delivery of the highest level of customer service with all encounters.
- IT support for PC's, laptops, phones, printers etc
- Great communicator working within a team
As a Technical Customer Support you will have the following benefits:

- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
To be successful as a Technical Customer Support you will need:
- Good knowledge of office operating system such as Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Technical experience technical call handling/telephone help desk
- Understanding of Auto ID and Point of Sale hardware- would be an advantage
Would be advantages to have previous experience within a helpdesk environment or if you have qualifications in Microsoft and Cisco to support role,.
