Business Support Administration Required

The role is to provide full support to the operational teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in production and completion of sales invoicing/credits.
- Engage with operational teams providing support across departments and multiple contracts
- Ensuring correct and timely closure of jobs are completed
- Ensuring all costs have been charged for a job
- Assisting monitoring and capturing unbilled revenues
- Gathering data/valuations to support the invoice
- Supporting adherence of correct process around sales ordering
- Checking jobs for accuracy
- Rejecting jobs for invoicing and reporting
- Ensuring jobs and workstreams are processed contract specific
- Where appropriate working within environment of client portals
- Assist in the resolution of customer invoice queries and historical debt and investigate the reason behind it
- Provide ad-hoc information for contracts teams
- Attend internal and external meetings as required
Skills & Abilities Required:
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Strong data analysis, excel and financial system experience
- Good communication skills and ability to discuss financial information with a non-finance staff
- Awareness of financial processes and requirements in a service/construction company
- An investigative mind and strong problem-solving skills
