We are delighted to be working with our multi-award-winning client in their search for a Sales Support Administrator. This role has come about due to company growth and is an additional role to join their small, busy and friendly Sales Support team.
Working as Sales Support Administrator you will providing administrative support to the sales staff including processing orders and raising paperwork. You will route and respond to incoming enquiries and provided excellent customer service to all internaland external customers.
This role will suit someone who is a confident communicator, who is IT savvy and who is looking for a career in a customer focus administrative role. Previous experience is not necessary and full training will be provided to someone with the right attitudeand a desire to learn and grow in this type of role. This role has opportunity for progression over time.
As a Sales Support Administrator your duties will include:
- Being the first port of call for customer enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Processing and raising paperwork relating to customer orders
- Generating quotes
- Contacting customers with updates on their order and to locate missing information
- Administration and filing of records
As a Sales Support Administrator the following attributes will be useful:

- Able to act on own initiative / forward thinking / problem solving
- Adaptable and able to multi task and show a willingness to learn new skills
- Good with detail and takes duties seriously
- Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines
