Administration Role

A permanent, full-time Administration Assistant position has become available at First Recruitment Services in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

This role involves providing effective support to the Operations Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the business by undertaking various administrative tasks, including finance/accounting duties, compliance support, third-party audit and claims reviews.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with external parties to gather and review management information.
  • Assisting Compliance with product information collection.
  • Conducting ad-hoc market research and benchmarking exercises.
  • Supporting Account Management with policy wordings review and issuance.
  • Attending internal meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes/actions.
  • Responding to general enquiries from clients.
  • Managing client referrals.
  • Handling complaint referrals and logging.
  • Processing accounts reconciliations and cash matching within the financial system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with the general insurance industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £26,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and 25 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays.
