MDT Coordinator

Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Liverpool area who urgently require an interim fulltime MDT Coordinator.

The key role responsibilities are:

- Be responsible for the management of the patient pathway ensuring that referrals are mapped and information and data is recorded
- Be responsible for the completeness of data collection
- Ensures that appropriate methods of communication are used e.g. videoconferencing across the Network
- Develop and maintain robust and effective communication channels with all departments and individuals relevant to the specialty both internally and externally
- Secures agreement to the timing of the MDT meeting as well as Organize venue and teleconferencing equipment if required

- Establish and maintain records of all newly diagnosed patients, capturing clinical and administrative data and ensuring that MDT outcomes
- Prepare and coordinate complex patient information for discussion at MDT meetings

Please note that previous NHS experience is essential to the role.
