**Head of Customer Analysis and Insights - 2 year initial fixed term, 1-2 days in the Midlands per week ideal but with some flexibility.**

A fantastic opportunity to take a lead role at a pivotal time of transformation A leading company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Analytics to join them. If you have a passion for driving customer-centric growth and possess the skills, inquisitive intrapreneurial expertise to translate insights and analytics into compelling customer and commercial recommendations, this could be for you.

It will be great, but not essential if you have an understanding of customer lifetime value, promotions, campaigns and loyalty trends to leverage customer and market data. Of note, this is not a Technical/Data Science type of role, although you will need to understand Analysis and use of tools whilst supporting your team, there is a separate data engineering team in the business.

**About the Role**:
As the Head of Customer Analytics, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the customer analytics strategy, embedding insights to improve key customer KPIs, and driving business performance. This role is critical to maximizing business opportunities in a customer-centric manner and realizing the full potential of customer and market data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the Customer Analytics strategy across relevant markets.
- Drive customer-centric growth by embedding insights to improve performance and customer KPIs.
- Analyze customer lifetime value and provide recommendations for further growth.
- Integrate customer insights into campaigns and overall business strategy.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive customer-centric improvements.
- Manage the customer analytics insight plan and budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Data team to optimize working methods.
- Ensure a consistent understanding of customer insights across the organization.
- Lead and inspire a team of analysts and optimize resource use.
- Act as an Insight Leader, sharing best practices.

Qualifications:

- Multiple years of experience in Customer Analytics, with a preference for experience in the Retail industry.
- Strong senior relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in BI tools, databases, and coding languages (SQL, R, Python).
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire and engage at all levels.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in defining requirements.
- Significant experience in strategy and commercial functions.
- Demonstrated experience in insight strategy development focused on driving ROI.

Travel to the main business office in the Midlands weekly will be a requirement of the role, near to train links. There is also a London office to work from should you need and for ad-hoc / planned meetings.

**Salary**: £100,000.00-£115,000.00 per year
