The opportunity to help develop and grow an already well-established business which delivers aviation training to customers from across the UK, Europe, and the rest of world and also supplies materials to aviation schools from across the world.

**Role Overview**

To provide administrative support to the Business and Communications Manager, helping to maintain effective communications with existing and potential partner schools.

Working closely with the Business and Communications Manager to support the business to business side of the team to maintain excellent customer service levels to the Aviation schools’ that Bristol Groundschool supplies training material to. In addition, to explore opportunities to increase the number of Aviation schools Bristol Groundschool supplies training materials to while retaining existing partner schools.

In addition, to provide administration support to the team, as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective admin support to ensure the smooth operation of the business-to-business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) work of Bristol Groundschool.
- Develop and maintain relations with customers by providing a high-quality service.
- Support the research, generation and nurturing of new prospects using a variety of communication channels.
- Efficiently and effectively respond to inbound enquiries and follow up on existing customer enquiries.
- Maintain an updated competitor activity spreadsheet.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the BGS training package and how it can best work for different customers.
- Maintain regular timely contact/follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Provide additional support to the Customer Relations Advisors and the rest of the team, as necessary.
- Help to identify and create relevant content such as case studies, blogs, articles, for dissemination to new and existing clients working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive.

**What experience you'll need?**
- Clear and confident communicator, both spoken and written.
- Proven customer service and administration experience with excellent attention to detail.

- Confident in using Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Good planning and organisation skills - meeting deadlines and measuring performance against goals, evaluating results consistently.
- Previous business to business customer relations experience is desirable.
