**Project Co-Ordinator**

**Location**: Gloucester

**Employment type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £28,000 - £34,000

**The Role**:
This is a pivotal role supporting the Finance Director in a major system change program, as we introduce a new company wide IT system to be used by all company staff.

Your work will interact with all areas of the business, and you will co-ordinate meetings, monitor work progress against milestones and keep accurate minutes and actions to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the system.

You will help drive any implementation programme through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Specific responsibilities include**:
Project co-ordination: recording project plans and tracking the progress against key milestones

Project ambassador: promoting positive company adoption, working with key colleagues to ensure department requirements are captured and met

Documentation: creating clear documentation of processes within the business as they exist now

Training: Creating training guides for new processes and having the confidence to help deliver training sessions when needed.

**Requirements**:
Interest in business systems and process

Highly organised and detail orientated

Able to form relationships across all disciplines

Ability to write concise and easily understandable documents

Experienced in taking meeting notes and accurately capturing meeting actions

Confidence to ensure that action timelines are being kept to

Ability to quickly absorb departmental requirements and document

**Soft skills and personal attributes**:
A natural self-starter with an interest in business processes and systems

Absolute attention to detail and accuracy

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

A disciplined and structured approach to work; demonstrating organisational skills in planning, documenting, and keeping to agreed schedules

Forward-thinking and innovative, with a strong interest in understanding operational business processes and a focus on optimising efficiency

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

**Salary and conditions**

39 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (4pm on Friday)

£28k - £34k pa depending on experience

Office based (Meteor Business Park, Cheltenham Road East)
