About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership and Culture Manager to join our team at the Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust. As part of our improvement and partnerships directorate, this role will focus on embedding sustainable change through effective change management tools and methodologies.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management, leadership development, and cultural transformation. They will be responsible for co-ordinating interdependent projects, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful applicant will also be expected to develop policy procedures and implement strategies that support colleagues through change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure programme and constituent projects are managed and monitored using recognised project management methodologies.
  • Draft papers for submission to appropriate meetings and forums.
  • Co-ordinate interdependent projects and workstreams related to culture and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level, with additional knowledge acquired via formal training or equivalent specialist knowledge.
  • Experienced in project and programme management procedures and processes.
  • Experience in developing complex projects involving change management and organisational development.
