Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated leader to take on the role of Head Teacher at our thriving SEMH Primary School.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership within an SEMH or SEND setting and a thorough understanding of the challenges and strategies in supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the school
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement
  • Manage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Develop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in senior leadership within an SEMH or SEND setting
  • A thorough understanding of the challenges and strategies in supporting pupils with SEMH needs
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Commitment to developing both pupils and staff, inspiring a positive and safe learning environment
