**Role Purpose**
To work within the fast paced, exciting sales team. This department is all about helping customers, whether it be getting an update for a customer’s order or booking in a service visit for their ScubaTANK. The Customer Experience Co-ordinator is focused on processing orders (both Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP) and providing any support you can to a customer regarding their order. The Service Advisor role is more of an after-sales role helping them with any problem they have with their unit. Most of our units we sell will require a commissioning before it is used and annual maintenance, it is this role that will be in contact with the customer to book in as well as addressing any problems that they may have.

**Principal Responsibilities/Duties**
- Sales Order Processing (SOP)
- Purchase Order Processing (POP)
- Produce Order Acknowledgements and Follow up
- Returns Administration
- Delivery update Calls
- Production/engineer scheduling
- Project delivery coordination
- Logistics, Purchasing and Accounts liaison
- Booking/Arranging service visits and commissioning visits
- Answering main incoming calls
- Principal Skills and Attributes
- Self-motivated, tenacious, driven to succeed, and results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in networking with internal and external contacts
- Friendly demeanour that can build relationships easily
- Can-do attitude
- Operate as part of a wider team
- Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
