The industry that this Client operates within is associated with the Retail sector and thus the Clients that you will work with will include many household names that you will be familiar with.

Position: Service and Maintenance Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring accurate message taking and prompt forwarding to the relevant personnel.
- Maintain precise records of service time, job costing, and invoicing within the Service Department.
- Keep all documentation for service arrangements up-to-date, including account and contract details.
- Co-ordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and prioritize engineer callouts effectively.
- Assist in the co-ordination well-costed quotations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to interpret and confirm customer requirements, providing comprehensive quotations.
- Foster relationships with major suppliers, negotiating competitive rates and contributing to value engineering tenders.
- Manage quotations for small project works and part orders, ensuring smooth project completion.
- Assist engineers with customer portals and input budgets into OfficeNet, monitoring any variations.

Experience and Skills:

- Ability to handle information accurately and efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge and Qualifications:.
- GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
