The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the rest of the team and to complete tasks in a timely manner and to a high standard.

Main duties include:
*Maintaining Customer records on the company’s bespoke CRM system

*Liaising with Customers and scheduling appointments

*Assisting with H&S records

*Answering telephone calls

*Scanning & General filing

*Keeping workspace tidy

**These duties are not exhaustive and other duties may be required.**

**Probationary period applies.**

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and with a good telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Dependable and professional
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Be proactive and have the ability to work off own initiative

Applicants must have A-C / 4-9 grades at GCSE to include English and Maths

The successful applicant would have good long-term prospects with the opportunity to progress after completing the Business Administrator apprenticeship.

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £10,237.50 per year
