**JOB TITLE : Administrator**

**REPORTS TO : Operations Manager**

**LOCATION : Blyth, Northumberland.**

**Purpose of the Role**:

Administrative assistance to the recruitment team and data management

**Manages/Supervises**:
N/A

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
- Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties, which would include the planning of travel and accommodation
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate recruitment data which supports the provision of information.
