**Tyne North Training are offering an exciting Business Administration Apprenticeship opportunity**

Thousands of North East employees have taken the first steps in their successful careers with a Tyne North Training apprenticeship. We provide apprenticeships in the Engineering and Business Administration sectors and currently manage around 450 apprentices, working in approximately 150 different employers based in the north east of England, including Newcastle Upon Tyne.

**Drager based in Blyth are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to provide assistance in the smooth running of business operations within their organisation. The principle role involves supporting repairs administration team and customers within the Blyth service department.**

**What will I be trained to do?**

1. Manual handling of equipment to receipt and despatch customer repairs

2. Creation of customer repair service orders

3. Creation of repair quotations

4. Creation of purchase requisitions for 3rd party repairs and departmental requirements

5. Creation of customer invoices

6. Monitor and action outstanding service orders

7. Provide customer updates

8. Creation and dispatch documentation within SAP

9. Assist with MOD service contract processes

10. Assist with REX (Repair Exchange) process

11. Activities completed in line with departmental Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)

13. 1st line assistance on technical customer queries

14. Export and import of customer equipment aligned with trade compliance policies

**Desired qualifications and skills**
- GCSE Grade C or above in English, Science and Mathematics
- Desire to work in an administrative role
- Manual handling experience perferred
- Self-Motivated
- Methodical
- IT literate
- Ability to communicate

**You must have or be working toward a grade 4 (Or C equivalent) in English and Maths. Without this, you are not eligible for an apprenticeship.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £11,600.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
