Maintain and administrate the Grand Lodge members' database ensuring a high-quality service is provided to all users
- In partnership with our Finance Department, deliver a continuous learning programme to current and new database users throughout our global membership
- Maintain and administrate the Grand Lodge proxy membership scheme and integrate fully into the members database
- Maintain and administrate the Grand Lodge University Scheme
- Maintain and administrate the Young Masons’ Initiative
- Maintain the diary and administrate Grand Lodge Deputations at home and overseas
- Grand Lodge has outsourced responsibility to manage the organisations social media presence. The post holder will however be responsible for daily interaction and communication with social media users who contact Grand Lodge through this medium
- Maintain a daily overview of the Grand Lodge website, including the online shop, ensuring continued functionality and appropriateness of information displayed
- In conjunction with the Information and Communication Committee produce and circulate a quarterly Grand Lodge digital newsletter to our global membership
- In conjunction with Grand Secretary, and the governance structure, assist in the production of an annual report on the activities of Grand Lodge
- Ensure all activities are compliant with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and associated legislation and internal protocols.

**Skills, Experience & Qualification Needed**
- IT qualification(s) or evidence of commensurate experience
- Evidence of continual professional development

**Skill & Experience**:

- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication traits
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills including the ability to deal with people at all levels in a diplomatic and supportive manner
- Strong organisational skills are required to ensure that the competing priorities of the post are met
- High personal commitment and dedication to Scottish Freemasonry
- Able to proactively develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders

**Continual Professional Development** (maintain and enhance competence in the role):

- Maintain knowledge of new and developing legislation, policy and procedure within business areas of responsibility
- Maintain a working knowledge of how technology might facilitate more efficient and effective service delivery
- Regularly share best practice with colleagues
- Attend and participate in both formal and informal learning and development events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
