**Based in Edinburgh City Centre (Hybrid Working)**

Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with an Edinburgh based charity who are looking to recruit a Membership Administrator on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role is expected to last until at least next summeron a temporary basis. This will be a varied position where the successful Administrator will be engaging communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
- Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm)
- Immediate start date
- Hybrid working

**Key responsibilities:**
- Providing administrative support within the membership department
- Sending out e-communications
- Preparing basic financial information for the Finance Department
- Inputting membership data into the database
- Processing questionnaires and surveys for electoral purposes
- Sending welcome letters, induction packs and company promotional material
- Ordering stationary
- Providing admin and secretarial support for membership committees
- Various ad hoc admin duties

**What we're looking for:**
- Previous experience working as an Administrator or in a similar office admin role
- Good attention to detail
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Strong communication and customer services skills

**Desirable:**
- Previous experience processing payments
